Eye of the Beholder

Wear as eyeliner. For a smokey and soft appearance, smudge line with smudge-tip on the end of the pencil.

Wear as eyeshadow. Glide pencil across the eyelid and blend with finger, brush or the smudge-tip.

Wear as eyeshadow-base. (excellent as a long-wearing base beneath eyeshadow to grip color all day)

Wear on top of eyeshadow powder. (to intensify color and add radiance or depth)

Using the flat side of the brush, press the pigment into the bristles and then place on the desired area of eyelid.
